My Success Story in the World of Entrepreneurship

Before starting my journey in entrepreneurship, I was a student specializing in "Anesthesia and Resuscitation Technology." I had no prior experience in project management or entrepreneurial thinking. My primary goal was to learn something new that would help me plan for my future and eventually launch my own business. However, I recognized that my lack of knowledge in entrepreneurship could pose a significant challenge.

Driven by curiosity and a desire for change, I decided to join an entrepreneurship training program. During the intensive five-month training, I learned the fundamentals of marketing, creative thinking, and business development. Following that, I embarked on a six-month field experience working with three women who owned diverse projects:

Bag Project (Alya’s Bags):
The business owner had been operating for several years but on a limited scale. We focused on enhancing marketing by highlighting the stories behind her products and their connection to Palestinian heritage, adding emotional and creative dimensions to her brand. As a result, the project grew significantly, and the owner became more aware of the importance of storytelling in marketing.

Cake Project (Cakes):
The entrepreneur started without a clear vision; she had the funding and equipment but lacked a fundamental idea. We worked with her to build a complete brand identity, from selecting a name and logo to deciding the type of desserts she would specialize in. This guidance helped her launch her project and achieve a noticeable increase in sales within a short period.

Resin Project (Symbols):
The business owner was torn between her passion for resin art and her expertise in cooking. We helped her prioritize and choose the most suitable direction, which led to the development of innovative resin products. Despite returning to full-time work as a chef, she managed to balance her passion and her business successfully.

Thanks to these experiences:

  • I gained a deeper understanding of entrepreneurship and now feel confident in my ability to launch my own business.

  • I contributed to the development of multiple projects and witnessed tangible growth and sustainability in each.

  • I acquired new skills, including building relationships, effective communication, and creative problem-solving.

These three projects demonstrated clear progress:

  • The bag project attracted a new audience through creative marketing.

  • The cake project started from scratch and achieved excellent sales within a short time.

  • The resin project developed unique products and balanced the owner's professional career with her passion.

"You helped me notice details I wasn’t aware of."

"You helped me create a platform for my project."

"Customers now reach out without paid ads, and my followers have grown significantly."

This experience was more than just training—it was a turning point that reshaped my future vision. I now aspire to launch my own business and leverage my expertise to support other women in achieving their successes.
