“Every small stitch is a step toward a bigger dream.” With these words, I began my journey with Kamsha Khaytan, a project that brings together my passion for sewing and handmade creativity with my desire to offer distinctive products that attract customers and reflect the quality of every detail. What began as a simple project gradually developed into a more professional business, thanks to the continuous guidance and support I received from my mentor, Ashjan, throughout the programme.

At the beginning, the project relied mainly on traditional photo posts, and I faced significant challenges in managing my time between production and marketing. My photography and content-writing skills were also not strong enough to present my products in the way they deserved. Despite these challenges, I believed that developing my skills was the only way to move forward.

During the programme, Ashjan helped me develop a clear and realistic business plan with gradual objectives, and I learned how to turn those objectives into practical steps. I received training in digital content development, professional photography and video production, and adding personal touches that reflect the identity of the project. I also learned how to improve the quality of my social media posts, organize posting schedules, and apply digital marketing strategies more effectively.

One of the most significant achievements during the programme was developing my content from simple static images into engaging Reels, while introducing storytelling and content that better reflects the personality of the project. This helped increase engagement and attract customers. I was especially happy when I received my first order directly after publishing a new video based on Ashjan’s guidance. At that moment, I felt that my efforts were beginning to pay off.

The challenges have not disappeared completely. Writing professional content and producing high-quality photography remain areas that I continue to work on, but patience and persistence have always kept me motivated. From the beginning, I knew that I needed to strengthen my photography skills, improve my content writing, diversify my posts, and develop my digital marketing abilities. Today, these practices have become part of my daily routine.

Today, I have developed practical skills that help me manage Kamsha Khaytan more effectively, from creating a clear business plan and improving the quality of my videos and photos to identifying suitable posting times and strengthening my marketing approach. These developments have also influenced my daily life by helping me organize my time and dedicate specific hours to the project. I have also noticed a positive change in how my family and community view my efforts and determination to succeed.

In the future, I hope Kamsha Khaytan will grow into a successful and expanding project that goes beyond handmade products to include areas such as event decoration and training, while continuing to offer innovative, high-quality products that inspire others.

My message to anyone starting their own project is: Do not wait for the right time; make the time right for you. Creativity, patience, and persistence will always make a difference.
