طورت "إبتكار" نظرية التغيير (ToC) لاستكشاف ما يجب أن يحدث من أجل ضمان تمكين الشعب الفلسطيني بشكل كامل لتلبية احتياجات مجتمعهم، لهذا السبب، تم استخدام نظرية التغيير كأداة من قبل "ابتكار" وكنقطة انطلاق رئيسية لتوجيه وتحديد استراتيجيات التأثير الجماعي من خلال النظر على وجه التحديد في إدماج الشباب والأطفال والنساء.

حددت نظرية ابتكار للتغيير ثلاثة مسارات أساسية لدعم الشباب والنساء والأطفال لتمكين التأثير الجماعي، وهذه المسارات هي الابتكار أو التمكين الاجتماعي وريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية والمناصرة. ومن المهم أن ننوه أنه لا يوجد تسلسل أو تفاضل بين المسارات، والمساءلة تحدث في كلا الاتجاهين وبين الجهات الفاعلة أيضاً، ولا يقوم أي من المسارات على حدا، وبالتالي، لفهم المسارات الثلاثة التي تتحقق رؤيتنا للتغيير من خلالها، تم تجميع مجموعة من العوامل الأساسية في بيئة مواتية وتمكين داخلي يمكن أن يؤدي إلى تغيير إيجابي وعادل ومستدام.

Ibtikar works jointly with local and international partners to identify opportunities to improve its internal operations, programs and relationship with the educational and entrepreneurshin|Deasyctems.

Ibtikar identifies local and int. organizations that advance justice, equity and opportunity for children, women and youth - focusing on areas like Education, Gender Equity, psychosocial wellbeing and socio-economic wellbeing, as a first step to collaborations and grass-root advocacy efforts.
