SHELEADS II project has successfully trained over 400 refugee women, empowering more than 20 to launch their own small businesses. Through vocational workshops, participants acquired practical skills in various fields, enabling them to create new income streams and support their families financially. Ibtikar is committed to continuing these efforts and will soon introduce additional activities to train more refugee women in diverse vocational areas.
