Combating Online Gender-Based Violence Through Awareness, Education, Innovation, and Legal Support

Ibtikar is spearheading this pioneering initiative to combat online gender-based violence (OGBV) in Palestine, focusing on empowering women and girls in Bethlehem and Hebron. Over 11 months, the project will enhance digital literacy, develop innovative tech solutions, and provide legal support, equipping women with the tools to navigate and protect themselves in digital spaces.

Recognizing the global nature of digital threats, the project fosters international collaboration, integrating AI-driven tools, knowledge exchange, and legal advocacy to create a safer, more inclusive online environment. By bridging technology, education, and legal empowerment, Ibtikar is paving the way for a future where Palestinian women can engage online freely and without fear.
