Ibtikar takes old ideas out of the box and reconstructs them in a different shape encouraging its beneficiaries to rethink their practices, invent new ones, experiment, and find new solutions to old problems. What Ibtikar provides under this pillar complements the roles of the local and international incubators and accelerators in Palestine, in the sense of providing pre and post incubation services for the social entrepreneurs through enhancing their:
